Cersosimo wins Austin City Championship in 3 hole playoff against Adam Wennerstrom

Jack Cersosimo tied the course record on Sunday with a 63.  Cersosimo had finished a few groups ahead of the final group and waited to see the final putts on 18 where Adam Wennerstrom dropped a 12 footer for birdie to get into a tied with Jack at -14 under par.  The playoff started on 18 where both parred and then on # 1 both made birdie.  On # 2 both players were green side in 2 and Jack made about a 4 foot downhill putt to win the playoff.  Jack is the first person to win both the Firecracker and Men’s City in the same year since Michael Cooper did it in 2003.

Autumn Bynum shot even par on Sunday to finish at -6 under par and win the Women’s City Championship.  Farah O’Keefe shot low score of the day with a 70 to finish in second place and Ali Bundy finished 3rd.
